This report summarizes the results from all four Trialogs of the series “participation in housing construction”. Following the description of urban conflicts and an analysis of current experiences with participation in Berlin, we sketch necessary framework conditions for participation in spatial planning and housing construction in Berlin and present ideas for the design of participation.

Guidelines for participation of the municipal housing companies were formulated on this basis. After publication of the guidelines, these will be tested and evaluated in a one-year pilot phase.
