Re:Match Project – Remunerated Focus Group Workshop with Refugees

Re:Match Project: Relocation of Refugees from Ukraine to German Cities using a matching procedure.

Compensation: 150 Euro

Who are we looking for? Persons who fled Ukraine due to war and are willing to give feedback on the development of our matching tool in an on-site workshop in Berlin. Childcare can be provided if needed.

What is it about? The project´s goal is to set up and pilot a digital, algorithm-based matching platform that would pair participating German cities and refugees based on criteria like housing conditions and needs (e.g. type of accommodation), available welcoming services and needs (e.g. welcome classes, integration guides, language mediators). Following the match confirmation, refugees will be invited to come directly to the matched municipality or helped to get relocated there.To better understand which criteria should be used for such a matching process exactly and which are most important from the refugee perspective, we would like to invite them to a detailed project presentation and gather.

Requirements:  English is the working language (translation into Russian is possible).
