The focus is on the following questions: What can digital governance in the digital realm look like, that includes human rights and fundamental freedoms such as freedom of the press? What are the opportunities and risks for the fundamental rights and freedoms of the Internet, if at the same time the security and credibility of NGOs, companies and governments are to be protected online?
