From May 2019 Milena Kula works as the Project and Communications Assistant for the Urban Development projects at the HUMBOLDT-VIADRINA Governance Platform.
Milena completed her Master of Arts (Social Sciences) in Politics & Business Management at the University of Glasgow with an Erasmus at Helsinki University. She conducted a case study research on Glasgow University for her Dissertation “Barriers to Sustainability at Higher Education Institutions in Scotland”.
In her role as Sustainability Coordinator at the Glasgow University Environmental Sustainability Team (GUEST), she was responsible for organising city-wide events on issues such as climate change resilience and housing. She also worked as a Marketing & Sales Manager at PlanB Consulting. During her European Voluntary Service (EVS) at the “Foundation Krzyzowa for Mutual European Understanding” in Poland she held historical tours, conducted trainings on media and film and designed brochures.
