The HUMBOLDT-VIADRINA Governance Platform offers Trialogs in the thematic fields labor and family. In modern societies, numerous questions about the future are addressed in this triad: How can we shape digitalization for the common good? How do demographic developments change our society? How do we want to live and work together in the future? If addressed isolated from their wider social context, these and other issues cannot be solved in a sustainable way. The format of Trialogs allows to discuss topics thoroughly, incorporating the relevant perspectives from the business sector, democratic politics and organized civil society and academia, and to prepare a way for sustainable solutions. With our Trialogs, we build a trust-based environment for dialogue between stakeholders, for which we look back on many years of experience.
