We are a team from different disciplines and combine subject matter experts with methodological experts. Our approach is interdisciplinary and we promote multi-perspective work not only externally but also within the team. We are currently working in particular in the areas of climate & energy, migration, democracy and urban development, although new topics can also arise through new employees. We welcome applications that make us more diverse and open up new perspectives.
