The impulse paper "Additional benefits as drivers of energy-efficient building refurbishment" was prepared in preparation for the participants of the trialogue "Building refurbishment - not only good for the climate. What are the additional benefits worth?". This trialogue took place on 05 September 2019 in Berlin.

The impulse paper provides an overview of which positive but also negative additional benefits (multiple benefits) arise in addition to the energy cost savings from a good energy refurbishment. It also presents quantification approaches for these additional benefits.
