Climate Transparency: Engagement in seven G20 countries

The Climate Transparency Partnership brings together climate assessments and expertise from organizations across the G20 countries. The Partnership uses independent, comparable, and comprehensive data to analyze the G20's progress in transforming to a green economy.

The Climate Transparency Partnership brings together climate assessments and expertise from organizations across the G20 countries. The partnership has been analyzing the G20's progress in transforming to a green economy since 2014 using independent, comparable, and comprehensive data. The partnership includes 16 civil society organizations from 14 G20 countries.

The Climate Transparency Report provides information on all G20 countries in a cross-sectional report and focuses on each country in separate country profiles. The report provides information on emissions reduction, vulnerability and finance.

The project strengthens the knowledge of stakeholders in the G20 countries, particularly Argentina, Brazil, India, Mexico and South Africa, and enhances their capacity to initiate ambitious climate action. Workshops, briefings, publications and media reports inform government representatives, NGOs, think tanks and companies about the state of climate protection in the world's largest economies.
