Aleksandra Kotur leads various projects on climate and energy at the Berlin Governance Platform, including Energiewende PartnerStadt 3.0 and Climate Transparency.

Aleksandra comes from Poland and studied European Studies, International Relations and Political Science at the University of Warsaw, Maastricht University and the Free University of Brussels. She has particular expertise in international and European climate policy, communication strategies and coordination of international co-operation projects.

She previously worked for the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM) in Warsaw and for the European Institute for Public Affairs in Maastricht.
