Dominique Pannke heads the coordination office of the Cooperative Network for Democratic Conflict Resolution in K3B – Competence Centre for Municipal Conflict Counselling. As a mediator and process facilitator, for 15 years she has been advising local authorities on social change processes and the sustainable management of conflicts that arise.
Dominique led the model project from January 2022 to January 2024. Shaping the future together on the ground – Municipal Development Councils, She piloted the programme with local authorities across Germany and, together with Prof. Dr Gesine Schwan and the team, authored the specialist booklet *Municipal Development Councils – Concept and Practice*. She continues to serve on the advisory board Municipal development councils and is involved in the further development of the approach.
