Dominique Pannke

Biography

Dominique Pannke has headed the pilot project Shaping the future together locally - Municipal Development Advisory Boards (KEB) since January 2022.

Dominique studied political science at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and is a trained mediator. As part of a pilot project funded by the Federal Environment Agency, Dominique has already developed and implemented innovative participation formats in local authorities in the field of renewable energies. In recent years, she has acted as a consultant to local authorities in social change processes and the sustainable handling of conflicts that arise.

She is experienced in creating systemic conflict analyses, designing participation formats and moderating large group events. She also has many years of expertise as a trainer for conflict transformation and non-violent communication (according to Marshall Rosenberg).

She previously worked for InWent gGmbH (later Engagement Global). There she managed an educational support programme for volunteers of the German Development Service (later GIZ).
