Dominique Pannke

Biography

Dominique Pannke led the pilot project 'Shaping the future together locally - Municipal Development Advisory Councils' (KEB) from January 2022 to January 2024. She is currently working as a strategic consultant for the further development of the Municipal Development Advisory Councils programme for the platform.

Dominique studied political science at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and is a trained mediator. As part of a pilot project funded by the Federal Environment Agency, Dominique has already developed and implemented innovative participation formats in local authorities in the field of renewable energies. As a consultant, she has been supporting local authorities in social change processes and the sustainable handling of conflicts that arise in the process for ten years.

She is experienced in creating systemic conflict analyses, designing participation formats and moderating large group events. She also has many years of expertise as a trainer for conflict transformation and non-violent communication (according to Marshall Rosenberg).
