Dominique Pannke has headed the model project Shaping the Future Together Locally - Community Development Advisory Boards (KEB) since January 2022.
Dominique studied political science at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich and is a trained mediator. As part of a model project funded by the Federal Environment Agency, Dominique has already developed and implemented innovative participation formats in municipalities in the field of renewable energies. In recent years, she has worked as a consultant to municipalities on social change processes and the sustainable handling of conflicts that arise in the process.
She is experienced in the preparation of systemic conflict analyses, the design of participation formats and the facilitation of large group events. In addition, she has many years of expertise as a trainer for conflict transformation and non-violent communication (according to Marshall Rosenberg).
Previously, she worked for InWent gGmbH (later Engagement Global). There she managed an educational support program for volunteers of the German Development Service (later GIZ).
