Inga Lutosch has been working in the "Municipal Development Councils" team since January 2023 and supports the city of Weisswasser in its KEB process.
Inga studied landscape and open space planning at the University of Hanover and is a trained mediator. As a facilitator and mediator, she has been supporting small and large groups and teams in constructive cooperation and conflict resolution for many years. She specialises in planning processes in urban and regional planning as well as transformation processes in the fields of agriculture, nature conservation and energy. Inga is a lecturer for mediation in public planning processes in the Mediation Master's programme at the European University Viadrina and has helped train the mediator pool for the Nature Conservation and Energy Transition Competence Network. She also teaches as part of a mediation training programme that is strongly aligned with the principles of non-violent communication.
