From January 2024 to May 2024, Inga Lutosch was project manager in the Municipal Development Councils. She was a process facilitator for the Municipal Development Advisory Board of the city of Weisswasser.
She studied landscape and open space planning at the University of Hanover and is a trained mediator. As Moderator and mediator She has been supporting small and large groups and teams for years in working together constructively and overcoming conflicts. She specialises in planning processes in urban and regional planning as well as transformation processes in the fields of agriculture, nature conservation and energy.
She is a lecturer for mediation in public planning procedures in the Mediation Master's programme at the European University Viadrina and has helped train the pool of mediators for the Nature Conservation and Energy Transition Competence Network. She also teaches as part of a mediation training programme that is strongly aligned with the principles of non-violent communication.
