Sebastian Flaeschner has been working for the Berlin Governance Platform since March 2022. In 2022, he was involved in the organisation of the trialogue series "Social Cohesion". He is currently employed at the Platform as team assistant and office manager to Gesine Schwan.

Previously, Sebastian was responsible for internal communication at the Hochschule für Gesellschaftsgestaltung (HfGG) in Koblenz. He is currently studying for a Master's degree in Economics and Institutional Design. He also has experience of additional training in communication and team building. He has been a lecturer for team building at the HfGG since 2021.
