Mariana Gutiérrez Grados is Project Coordinator for Climate Transparency at the HUMBOLDT-VIADRINA Governance Platform. She joined the team in January 2021.

Mariana Gutiérrez Grados holds a degree in International Relations from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico City Campus (ITESM, CCM) and a master’s degree in Environmental Law and Public Policy from the Centro de Investigación y Aprendizaje del Medio Ambiente. Since 2011, she has focused her professional development on environmental and climate policy analysis, collaborating with various Mexican civil society organisations including the Mario Molina Centre for Strategic Studies on Energy and the Environment (CMM), and the Climate Initiative of Mexico (ICM).
