Kristin Horn accompanies the Municipal Development Advisory Board in Frankfurt (Oder).
As a freelance process consultant, she supports civil society and public actors in transformation, strategy and participation processes. She is currently working for the German Federal Foreign Office on a multi-stakeholder project on German-Czech cross-border cooperation. She also coaches associations of the Bürgermut Foundation in internal organisational development processes and supports the project "KreativLandTransfer // European perspectives for strengthening rural regions through cooperation between the cultural and creative industries and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Europe" for the Saxon State Ministry for Regional Development.
Her work focuses on strengthening social and democratic participation as well as socio-ecological transformation. Before starting her freelance career, Kristin was Managing Director at Jugendpresse Deutschland. She studied business administration with a focus on organisational development.
