The Berlin Governance Platform is seeking a Research & Data Specialist to join Re:Match, our EU-funded social-innovation project that relocates Ukrainian refugees from Poland to German municipalities in line with individual profiles and local labour-market demand. You will drive labour-market and refugee-profile research, compile and quality-assure external datasets, translate evidence into requirements for our Canada-based tech partner, and document stakeholder workshops and focus groups for ESF+ reporting. The role calls for sharp quantitative research skills, clear report writing, familiarity with migration or labour-market policy, and fluency in English plus at least B1 German. We offer a flexible, remote-friendly set-up with core hours on CET (occasional late calls to coordinate with North American colleagues), periodic travel to Berlin, 30 days' annual leave, and competitive non-profit remuneration (TV-L 12-13 equivalent). Fixed-term through 31 Dec 2026 (extension subject to funding). Applications close 7 September 2025 (23:59 CEST).
