Clara Waltz worked from September 2023 to June 2024 as a student assistant in the Housing project with the Berlin Governance Platform, which deals with the accommodation and housing crisis for refugees in Berlin.

At the time, she was studying for a bachelor's degree in social sciences at Humboldt University in Berlin, where she was studying political radicalisation processes in the population and party landscape. In her voluntary work for the InterEuropean Human Aid Association and Brückenwind e.V., she focussed on the topics of migration and flight.
