Karol Sabo works as a process facilitator for the Berlin Governance Platform. Karol studied geoecology and environmental policy at the TU Freiberg, University of Potsdam and FU Berlin. He has also trained as a coach and supervisor (DGSv), as well as a certified mediator and trainer for mediation (BM).
As a freelance process facilitator, he has many years of experience in citizen participation – across a broad range of topics from infrastructure, urban development, issues affecting people with disabilities, civil society engagement, to nature conservation management.
In recent years, he has advised local authorities in conflictual social change processes, supported strategic development processes in local administrations and conducted management training for civil society organisations.
As Trainer for communication, dealing with conflicts and mediation he works for organisations and educational institutions throughout Germany.
