Marlene Rudloff

Biography

Marlene Rudloff has been a project coordinator for communication and event management in the "Municipal Development Councils" project at Platform since April 2023. Tara has been on parental leave since September 2023 and is represented by Tara Ella Grimm.

She previously worked as an editor and project officer at the Integration media service, led the "Editorial visits" format and focussed in particular on the topics of climate change and migration, human trafficking and volunteering.

She studied Linguistics, Literature and Cultural Studies (B.A.) in Dresden and Rennes and European Studies (M.A.) at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), specialising in migration, ethnicity and ethnocentrism. She has extensive experience in cultural anthropological research and in monitoring and analysing civil society involvement in the reception of and work with refugees.

She also regularly works as a freelancer in the conception and organisation of various cultural and educational projects, including international film and music festivals (Berlin International Film Festival, ICPSFF Istanbul, Musique cordiale Festival international, etc.), film and media projects and international encounter projects. Most recently, she worked in production and campaign development for the documentary film project SHARING THE HARVEST.
