Johanna Schroedl is project coordinator for Re:Match - a project that uses algorithm-based matching to test the distribution of people seeking protection within the EU. It develops and implements strategies to bring Ukrainians and municipalities in Germany together based on their needs and preferences. A particular focus is on labour market integration.
Johanna studied Global Refugee Studies in Copenhagen and has extensive experience - from local integration work to policy and advocacy work at EU level. Before joining the team, she worked on regulated protection routes for refugees.
