Jacques Chlopczyk is the process facilitator for the Berlin Governance Platform Municipal Development Councils working.
He is a social psychologist, systemic consultant and facilitator with over 15 years of experience in designing participatory change processes. His focus is on organisational development and participation and dialogue in the public and municipal context — from the conception and moderation of citizen participation formats to the process management of municipal development advisory boards.
Among other things, he supported the participatory development of the digital strategy for the state of Berlin, in the project team of the nationwide Citizens' Climate Council collaborated on and helped shape multi-stakeholder processes in several German municipalities. Furthermore, he has been teaching systemic organizational development and facilitation at various institutions for over ten years, including at the isiberlin.
