Gregor Maaß works for the Berlin Governance Platform as a process facilitator for the Municipal Development Advisory Board in Oldenburg.

 

He studied geography and political science and is a qualified mediator and conflict consultant. For the past 10 years, he has been supporting local authorities, public institutions and civil society organisations in designing conflict resolution and dialogue processes. His areas of expertise include conflict analysis, facilitating complex negotiation processes and the constructive resolution of social conflicts.

 

In addition to his work at the local conflict mediation He brings many years of experience in peacebuilding and conflict transformation within the framework of international cooperation. He is a mediator and process facilitator for the Centre of Expertise for Nature Conservation and the Energy Transition (KNE).

 

His work combines a systemic approach with dialogue-oriented process design, with the aim of facilitating sound understanding and joint solutions, even in challenging situations.
