Jennifer Hansen works for the Berlin Governance Platform as a process facilitator for the Municipal Development Advisory Board in Radevormwald.

For 15 years she has accompanied individuals, teams, organisations and multi-stakeholder partnerships through change processes. In doing so, she works across various sectors and contexts – from local authorities and ministries to businesses, as well as foundations and NGOs.

Her focus is on systemic organisational and team development as well as process and conflict facilitation. She combines a systemic perspective with a clear process orientation, creating spaces where diverse perspectives, interests and dynamics become visible and workable, and where joint next steps can emerge.
