Johanna Schrödl

Johanna Schroedl is project coordinator for Re:Match – a project that is trialling the distribution of people seeking protection within the EU using algorithm-based matching. As part of this, it is developing and implementing strategies to match Ukrainians with local authorities in Germany based on their needs and preferences. There is a particular focus on integration into the labour market.

Johanna studied Global Refugee Studies in Copenhagen and has extensive experience - from local integration work to policy and advocacy work at EU level. Before joining the team, she worked on regulated protection routes for refugees.
