From 19 to 20 November, the Berlin Governance Platform and the Renewable Energy Agency welcomed representatives from eight municipalities in Germany, Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Moldova to the launch of the "Energy Transition City Partnerships 3.0" project.
