Marla Binhack has been working as a working student in the field of democracy at the Berlin Governance Platform since 2026. She is involved in the conception, organisation and communication of dialogue-oriented participation processes – currently in the project Municipal Development Councils on the participatory design of the local heating transition as well as with the Dialogue series on inheritance tax reform.
previously she worked as a project assistant at NSU Complex Documentation Centre. There, she supported the establishment of the outreach programme for the opening of the centre and assisted with press and public relations, as well as organisational and strategic processes within the project. She also gained further experience in political communication.
